Philosophy

Michael Mullins has also become interested in Eastern philosophy, which he has used all his life, whether training salespeople, lifting weights, playing music, giving personal training, or going on hikes. Eastern philosophy looks at how people act and think to find meaning in their lives. They try to eliminate the false "me" concept and find the real "me" about everything else or as part of a bigger plan. Western philosophy is usually more focused on the individual. "I tell other people to see their own worth and try to live a life they know is important," he says.
